Ok, so I'm 15 and I think it would be fun to design and eventually build and live in the house. I want to know what the best way to make blue prints for the house. I want to know how I destingiush between floors and different dimensions and stuff like that. Thanks :D

There is an amazing amount of information in this forum. The people who frequent here have helped me several times as I try to plan or complete (or just make progress on) a project.
Designing and building a structure is a journey which will reward you on many levels. My personal perspective is that you should do some research of your own before asking such an all-encompassing question, though. There are several resources here which can steer you in that direction, and a Search function which might get you the answer you need before even asking the question.
On the main Forum page is a section called Free Stuff for Designers & Builders. One of the stickied entries at the top of that section is Free Publications from American Wood Council. When you are ready to try drawing some plans, first use pencil and paper, then try Sketchup. Many here use it with much success.
