Title: Anyone seen these things before
Post by: archimedes on January 17, 2014, 08:55:17 PM
I was watching this window install video and saw these great little plastic corners.

Look at the video at about 4:20

They look pretty neat,  but I've never seen them anywhere and I can't find them online.

Anyone have a clue?

one of many brands, not a recommendation

It can speed up things for a novice installer. Lord knows it took me a while using just the self stick material.  I followed the instructions from the manufacturer, Grace Construction Products, makers of vycor, one of the originals.

Thanks Don.   d*

I'm in the process of rebuilding the better part of a wall because of the lack of flashing from the original installer.  Not bad flashing , no flashing.  Siding,  studs,  sill plate,  rim joist, sub floor,   all have to be replaced.

These look like they'll make those difficult corners a little easier.
