Title: 24x24 with loft=long term needs?
Post by: intelijoc on April 12, 2013, 10:21:55 AM
Should I wait 4 years to save more money to build what I really think will address my longer term needs or build within 2 years, something that is okay but maybe not "the dream"

Is there a reason you need to build sooner?
Is there a way to build the starter version and add on to it later?

How about building the 24x24 shell to dried in and then stopping there until you save up to finish?

In the end for us materials price increases cost more than if I had taken out a note and finished faster. But I don't regret the pay as you go path we took.
