The Wright is mounted to a test stand --- fairly common method
When I bought my Lycoming O- 360 A4K they had it set up on a similar but smaller truck -- they can mount the engine and get ready to test run in the shop then drive it outside for testing
They said that the P&W R985's would pull the truck if they didn't have it tied off to the Cat bull dozer
