People are so nuts.  Are they actually stupid enough to believe this stuff when they write it, or do they think everyone else is that naive.

That makes a little more sense Squirl. I'm one of the NWS Advanced Spotters and spend a lot of time around NWS people. I've yet to see one training for civil unrest ??? They have enough to do training on the radar updates.
