I say that leap day should be inserted into the middle of a weekend, rather than to just let it fall where it may.
Wouldn't it be nice to have a three day weekend?
Why aren't the global leaders working on higher priority items such as this?
Three day weekends are superb!! We are so used to them now I don't know that I could face a five day workweek. Sat, Sun, Mon. Every Monday is Labor Day!!! Tuesday through Friday we kill ourselves slaving from 9 AM to Noon.
