Title: "slide-in" weatherstripping 36" steel door
Post by: Dave Sparks on September 17, 2011, 09:31:31 AM
I have door that has a 1/4" of a gap on the opening side in places. If I could find a source in more sizes I think that I can fix the gap.
It is called "slide-in" weatherstripping 36" steel door. I have done alot of searching.

Fixing the door frame would be too much work as it is finish trimmed and all. Anyone see this? It slides in to a slot around the door frame.

Our local Menard's (like HD/Lowes) carries replacement sets for manufacturers doors.  It just pushes into a slit in the door frame.  Not the cheapest, but it does work.
