I'm pretty sure the guarantees of "free speech" are only imposed upon the government, State & local as well as Federal. Private persons and/or organizations are not constrained by the US Constitution and it's amendments to grant "free speech" to anyone. You can, however exercise your free speech rights in public venues, i.e. The notorious Westboro "church" when they picket public cemetaries, and you will be protected by the government. There are some exceptions in federal and state statutes, i.e. some 'whistleblower" laws grant protection to some persons in some very specific industries and circumstances. Students in the opposite case, can have their speech constrained by school districts even though they are obviously government entities. Essentially, you can certainly verbally abuse your boss or a speaker in front of a private organization if you want to but, they can show you the door without fear of the Constitution.
