Anchor bolt placement in block foundation idea?

This is just an idea.
Take some plumbers tape and stretch it along the top of the blocks and
secure tightly at each end. Place the J bolts in the tape with a thin nut on each side.

May need to enlarge holes for J bolts to fit.
Might want to first lay tape on sill plate and drill thru tape and sill plate first. Then
transfer tape and secure over blocks.
