here are the cabinet door panels that I will router into raised panels once my new router table gets here.
my old one was retired this week, so I ordered a Freud stationary table.
the tall boards are the upper doors, and the short are the lower doors.

Wow, those panels look great!

Your a real meticulous guy, paying great attention to detail. Maybe one day, I'll try out a router too - right after I get a roof!

What are you using from a router motor on your table?

currently I am using a friends bench dog stationary router table with a porter cable 3 1/4 hp router.
my personal router is a Bosch 2 1/4 router.
I built the first door in the picture with it.

I got a new farm truck yesterday, a 1993 ford f450 with a 7.3 diesel.
since I will be hauling in water, I needed something with hauling capability.

Wow, that's great!

My build truck is my little Festiva, your new truck could carry my Festiva and the wood I put in it! Oh well, some day

I built the first door in the picture with it.

I put a dedicated three and a quarter Porter Cable in the router cabinet I built.   I did not buy the base because it is just to heavy and to much router.  I have got others for hand work.  The lift I used is a JessEm Mast-R-Lift II Router Lift With 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" Plate.  I used Kreg corners to mount the lift.  Those are a great product and I had it all leveled up and locked down in no time once I got past the instructions and salesman's advice.  With that motor and if you can get what you have it on locked down good and solid it is as good as most mills.

Way to improvise, adapt, and overcome using the Fiesta!!! :)

Now I don't feel so bad for stuffing my wife's minivan full of wood when I was finishing my basement!

astidham

I put pre-finished hardwood flooring in the bathroom today.
my wife wants to paint the floor white, so we will be sanding and painting the floor real soon.
she got a great deal on the wood since it was a small lot .79 a square foot.
