14x24 build, how tall?

I'm planning on building the 14x24 "Little House" and was wondering how tall it is from bottom of floor joists to peak.

I'd say about 15 to 16 feet from finish floor to peak with a 12/12 pitch roof.  Plus whatever is below finish floor - foundation - piers etc.

If you want more specific I can measure my garage built off of the little house plan design I modified to timber frame - same size though.

I can just stand up and clear for a couple feet wide in the middle of the loft area.

That's based on 8' walls.  I went with 10' walls..... If you do, adjust accordingly.
