Hey everyone!
Was wondering if anyone was familiar with the regulations specific to Oconto County?
I have the itch to build on a piece of land i recently bought and was wondering if there are any structures that don't require permits?

Some counties have a bit of information regarding codes online. Depends on how progressive they are. Even our little county of Mariposa has quite a bit online. :)

Always. ALWAYS go to your AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) when it comes to permits and building codes! Just because the guy down the street (or on the internet) says it's OK doesn't mean it actually is. I never give my name or address when inquiring, though, in case I decide to go 'rogue'. ::)
