Title: Floor Beams for little house
Post by: Randy Peckenpaugh on March 09, 2005, 09:37:21 AM
I left my little house plans up at the ranch... ::)
Can anyone tell me the size of the floor beams for the 14x24 little house?  We're heading up this weekend to pour our piers, but I need to get the simpson anchors for the beams before we go up.

I want to say 4" x 6", but I don't remember for sure.
  ???
Thanks...Randy P.

That does deserve an eye-roll or even two!

Looks like 4x6 is right.

Thanks, Amanda.  Yea, I'm very embarrased :-[

We left in a hurry back in November, when it started raining.  We didn't get stuck in the mud on the way out.  Anyway, it's been raining every week since, and this is the first weekend we expect it to be dry.

Anyway, I appreciate the response...Randy

For a positive prompt answer from the man who knows for sure (John), you can post questions regarding plan support in the new Plan Support forum.

You can reach it from the Home button or the Design/build link above.

In that way you can be sure you don't drive up the hill with the wrong parts ;D

Yep, saw the new Plan Support section after I wrote the first question.  Then I duplicated the question and got it answered there, too.  Great support!
Thanks...Randy
