This family went into the Siberian deep woods in 1936. With only a few hand tools, some seeds and what they could carry they built a rough cabin, planted a garden and raised a family undiscovered and without human contact until 1978. The daughter of Karp Lykov who moved the faimily during the purges of the 1930's is still there and shuns modern ways. The last surviving member, she is now 70 years old. What a story!
