Fear is a tool used by corrupt governments to get the people to agree to relinquish their rights for the loving and secure protection of the state.  :o

Slowly the truth is revealed to those who fail to question at the onset of unreasonable happenings..

I first heard this shorty after it happened but it is new news to those who don't want to face the reality that they are being manipulated.  Even they must eventually face the facts.
