I'm afraid this is a stupid question...I just purchased the 20x30 1-1/2 story cabin plans. The post and beam foundation plan does not show a center row of piers. Shouldn't there be? Is it just omitted so that the notes can be written in the middle? Thanks.
The joists options that are called out can span the full width of the building. That is one of the big advantages of that design. You can check with the lumber yard or the specs on the engineered joists that they can supply for the 20' width.
