They are not playing tiddly winks with this guy...

Tried to fight the validity of the tax system using the constitution and the law as his defense.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070621/ap_on_re_us/tax_evaders_2;_ylt=AgU_J64.OupI_lXCpq_Ev8SMwfIE

now they have surrounded his home with federal agents and they want this guy dead or alive

Not exactly waco....But a peaceful man that has a legit complaint about the tax system. when he refused to be bullied they decide he needs to go to prison.

You gotta love your options here

cannot protest, or show the tax is illegal even if you are correct

stand your ground we throw you in jail....

Refuse to go to jail we kill you

How is this not like communist russia in the 50's?

glenn kangiser

That's how its done, Peter.  How do you think it would be if everyone decided they wanted to see the non-existent law.  We can't allow others to start asking questions.  They also will find out what voluntary compliance means -- and some may not want to volunteer. ::)

Not a bad read at all Glenn

You know my wife thinks I am certifiable wacko now...I start talking about how the government is going to get us...That taxes are illegal...

She looks at me like I am paranoid delusional :-/

MountainDon

I'd prefer NOT to pick a fight with the IRS. JMO.   :-?
Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn't mean it is good design.

benevolance

I agree...

They are bullies and they will try to trick you out of your legal rights and scare you....

I believe it is possible to challenge authority and win...But you have to be vigilant and you better be prepared to put everything on the line and go the distance...They will try to break you.... And if you get careless or walk your dog they will have agents swoop down and remove you from society...

They cannot have people successfully challenging their authority...It makes their job harder to do....If you and I successfully deny them what is to stop the next guy from refusing to comply with all their demands....

I imagine it is tough for most people to resist if they have a family and small children...They would make it a dogfight to the end and it is an awful lot to drag your kids and family through an ordeal like that... .Which is why I believe 99% of people just give in and do as they are told like good drones

You're probably right , Don, but they started it. :-/

As in this case - you can only have measures of success.  They cannot let you get far enough to prove they are illegal so they will intimidate and use illegal tactics to prevail over you.

Ones who make too much public noise as has been done here will be made examples of to keep the sheeple in line.  The sheeple will just sit back and say -- see there what happened to that convicted tax evader and never question any further.

I know the laws and I don't push them -- I have to file anyway to get my wifes tax returns back.  She is a Federal employee so is one of the few groups that they can legally withhold from.  the rest they do it illegally.  One of them actually mentioned that she had to file to me (on the phone) -- they know I know.    :-? :-/

They keep records of you and your opinions and actions in a special code file.  Aren't computers wonderful. ::)

I won't elaborate as the last time I did, dark forces appeared. :-/ :)

hehe good viewpoint...

nothing I have is worth much of anything... they would get pretty bored looking over my junkpile.

I aim to live self sufficiently as possible on my own land....Not to have any amount of money... Owing nothing and doing it yourself your way will make me a king in my own eyes...

I love to scrap with them but I will not encourage anyone to do it unless they research it enough on their own to do it without any help from me.  They don't scare me -- if they took everything I have I would still have my most dangerous weapon -- the meat between my ears --- If they take that I guess I won't need to worry about it. (They don't really want it -- too rotten). ;D  They are the criminals here - not the people above who have legitimate questions that are not being answered.  It may ultimately result in their death.  It will never make what they (the Browns) are doing and questioning about illegal and because of that fact, they will likely not win and may have to be destroyed.

I can caution - don't try it unless you are educated in their laws enough to protect yourself and you will likely still end up ultimately coming to some kind of compromise.  They can't let one person win - it would be the end of their game.

Check this out if you have further interest.

I should point out that an acquaintance enlightened me about them in about 1977 or so-  I thought he was full of it and crazy at the time.  As I studied up on it - I found that he wasn't.  He said to always talk to them -- never ignore their demands etc.  That's when the bowling ball rolls over you.

The easy way is just to roll over and play their way.  Pretend they are legit and don't question them - that way there are no problems.

Peter - we just watched a video - a beta of a full movie production that explains things well from start to finish.  Some things you won't agree with and some things will disturb you but watch it to the end - reject or research the parts you don't agree with.  Note - it is an extremely well done beta-  3 minutes start out - black screen - sound only - as several seconds in various parts.

Sassy doesn't agree with all of it either but it will give you a great overview of the beginning - power - greed -- wealth -- reasons for current events and the tax system - where ALL of your Fed tax money goes.

Note that it is 2 hours -- check it out if you get time.  Also,  it can be viewed full screen.  Grab you a beer and some corn -- enjoy. :)

An awesome video Glenn

I had read about a lot of the religion stuff as far as the similair events in all cultures and the Zodiac corresponding with things in the bible...

I did learn a lot though....

The federal Reserve thing was priceless and I think we have all talked here about the rockefellers and how war is used to control us...

That video is sort of like the combined culmination of all our discussions here from the past 3-4 years and put in one direct concise video

I am going to make my family watch it....Though the mother in law is a devout  church going christian...The religion gig might upset her a lot...

glenn kangiser

That's the way I saw it -- It was recommended on an Iraq war website by some people I consider to be very well educated in the events of the world.

Glenn and others:

Zeitgeist Movie

My son called me from Maui (remember MauiWowee?) and told me I had to see this movie. It was quite an experience. I had seen some of the "false flag" operations information and the world bank info other places but the whole religion-zodiac-astronomy connection was totally fascinating. Well worth watching even if you just stop there and don't get into the more political stuff.

Very powerful... and scary.

So, here's my question, to get this all worked out, do we have to wait for the REAL dawn of Aquarius?? In 2150??!!
I suspect all my lost hopeful Aquarian dream days in the 1960's were all for naught.  :-[

PS - I just knew this topic must be on this forum. I hadn't read it earlier but did a search on the term zeitgeist and sure enough! Here it is!

We are really with it, John. ;D

Glad to hear ol' Seth is rattling your cage yet. :)

I got in a bit of trouble from Sassy as it tears up religion pretty good, but... most of the modern day religions seem to be in it for the commercial (generate revenue for this - that or the other mans cause and glorification) and power over fellow man aspect anyway.

I was put onto the movie from the Russian Iraq War website.  Lots of very knowledgeable people - and a very few jerks there. http://iraqwar.mirror-world.ru/tiki-index.php

More than anything I enjoy getting the world view of us there by reading the comments -- Syrian - Iranian Shiite - many others from all over the world and the site itself doesn't inject their bias into it.

What does it all mean  ---- I didn't do doobies so I don't really know the answer, but I like to just keep informed - get different views then pick out all the parts that tickle my ears and spew them in the future. ;D

You are welcome.  I understand it was started by a group of (Russian?) reporters wanting an unbiased place for true reporting of the war and related subjects.  Of course there is some individual bias, occasional rude comments, trolls (jerks possibly faking identity to disrupt things)  etc. but on the whole I think it is a valuable resource and the regulars there are pretty decent.
