I am really happy with the way it is turning out.
Monday I am going to Knoxville to pick up the yellow pine spiral staircase kit for the loft.
I have never built one. That should be interesting!

12' x 20' MBR
Laundry 4' W x 8' 3/4" L
Kit 9' W x 8' 3/4" L
Bath 5' 4" W x 8' 3/4"
The knee wall is 15 1/2" above finshed loft floor.
