Hi

Just joined so as an introduction, here is what we have been building for the last couple of years. We now have completion.

Welcome!  Read your website - great family project - looks like you have some hard workers  :) to help you.  Your addition looks really nice.  Just another example of what a person can do if he/she really wants to.   I see you are from Scotland?  We also like pictures of local architecture, I especially like the historical buildings  :)

Nice project - good looking crew.  Construction methods there look very similar to here.

You said you "tanked" your foundation - meaning waterproofed I think.  Can you tell us more about the process as done there.?  I guess water is universal so methods of keeping it out are likely similar. :)  

Also - do you have minimum untreated wood to ground clearences etc?
