Despite an opinion by Cuccinelli and essentially the same opinion issued by himself as Attorney General, McDonnell issued an Executive order prohibiting sexual discrimination. He essentially became the legislature after telling Tim Kaine he wasn't allowed to do so.

So What? I don't give a rats rump about sexual discrimination. Cuccinelli was right! If the General Assembly wanted a policy, they would have developed it.

What I do care about is McDonnell's flip flopping so early in the game. Bolling followed right on his coat tails and now they look like two Flounders in a cooler.

What will he reverse himself on next?
