Title: New Snow Record at Dallas . . .
Post by: bayview on February 12, 2010, 07:08:59 AM

Well, its official this morning . . . We received 12.5 inches of snow in the last 24 hours.  New record for February.

Awoke a couple of times last night with tree limbs breaking . . . Many branches down.  A couple of building roofs around town have collapsed from the weight.

wow, thats insane.

dallas is only a few hours from here, might take the kids up for a snowball fight tomorrow.

we got nothing here in houston except misty cold rain, nothing which also exactly describes the starters I started for my lil garden.  too cold to germinate.  looks like a dixie cup graveyard.
