Title: 16 x 24
Post by: Billisnice on October 21, 2009, 03:47:23 PM
Does anyone have a good floor plan of a 16 x 24? I would like it fit a queen size bed where you have room on both sides to get up and out on your side.  One small closet the bedroom. A bathroom. And, a sleeping loft.

thanks

John has the Little House plan which is 14' wide. There is a wider foundation available to stretch it to 16' wide

Also the Victoria's cottage is 16' wide. Remember length is easy to change, longer or shorter; width changes require a little more thought but is not impossible in most cases.

John's plans can be modified as to interior wall placement very easily as there are no interior load bearing walls. You are only limited by your imagination. He also authorizes the buyer to make extra copies and whatever changes. If you look at other plans, many do not permit copying and altering.

16 x 28 Cottage Plans are available at the sister site planhelp.com (http://planhelp.com)

bedroom is 9'2" x 10'x2" as drawn. There's a closet and a bathroom with lavatory, water coset and shower stall (6'2" x 6'3")  Two foundation sheets, concrete and pier/beam.
End of plug.   ;D
