Shed for Recreational Pavilion

Am hoping to see my organization (youth camp / retreat center) build a recreational facility in the next few months.  Have gotten the plans of a similar structure from another youth camp and it is essentially a 60' X 100' concrete slab / steel pole barn that will have a roof that extends 4' beyond the concrete.  It will have basketball goals and also double as a volley ball court, etc.  It will also serve as a picnic pavilion at times.

What I'd like to add to the plans is a storage building that will be located along one of the narrow ends of the building.  It will serve for storage of baseball equipment (for nearby baseball diamond), basketball, as well as tables and chairs for when the facility is used for picnics.
I'm sort of thinking of a long, retangular structure placed maybe 10 to 20 feet beyond the roof line of the larger structure.  There will be a covered walkway connecting the two.  The roof on the storage shed will be highest along the side facing the pavilion and slant in only one direction.

Have not calculated exact size needed, but I'd guess perhaps 15' X 30'. 

Any thoughts? 

And specifically, how would you design the union of the covered walk way and the shed?

The little house plans are sized for 14 wide and can be stretched to any length.

It has a flat roof option.

You could do the walk cover as self supporting and end it at the wall of the shed and flash it to prevenT leaks.  Lots of options.
