Well my wife and I will be closing on our land at the end of the month. :) :) :) It's a beautiful 10 acres in Northwest Florida. We hope to eventually build a 20x40 from the Universal plans. We got a really good deal on the land and the gentleman we are buying it from grows timber and is a very keen land manager. Just waiting on the survey!!!
