Hi guys, I am looking into building the 1 and 1/2 story wondering what the cost has been for some of you , less the land , trying to put a plan in order. Any help?

We are getting ready to build a 24 x 40. We priced out just the dried in shell with osb and house wrap, but no siding and we are coming up with about 20,000. We figure it will be another 20 to 30 thousand for the siding and interion.
