Oh that hurts. $12,500 for the bare 10' x 10' starter kit without insulation and any kind of bells and whistles! I have only paid $15,000 Canadian for my 20 x 24 cottage.

And that doesn't look like it includes help with permits.

On the other hand your costs were less because of a chain-saw wielding ex-wife!
