We are just about dried in. I thinking we will be there by New Year's. So, I'm thinking plumbing should go in first since the DWV lines are NOT very flexible. Right? Then run the pex for the feeds, then do electical.

Correct. Ductwork, if any, DWV, fuel gas, plumbing water supply electrical

don't forget speaker wires, phone lines, and HD cables too if there's any chance you'll ever use them
