This week we purchased the Little House Plans and are gearing up for a spring build.
The 12x16 is built with 6 piers...but the 14x24 is built with 12 piers (7 ft spacing reduced down to 4ft spacing).
Question(s):
1. Is 4ft spacing necessary for the 14x24?
2. Can the amount of piers be reduced by increasing the size of the beam and posts?
