Want land west of Colorado Springs

Hi everyone

Anybody have or have any leads on land big or small west of Colorado Springs?

We need owner financing with a real low down. Maybe 1k down max.

Utilities are not a big deal as we will be RV'n it while we build.

We did see this offerred down in the San Luis Valley (40 acres w/low down), but need to be west of the Springs.

Teller and Park counties are where we are looking.

Another option is to at least find someone willing to sublet a parcel of land while we collect our building materials.
