Looking for a land in Northern Ontario

I'm a new member here.

A group of my friends are looking for a land in Northern Ontario to build cottages by ourselves. Ideal location is in 2-3 hrs driving distance from Toronto.

We do use mls to look for land(s). In our group, we have several real estate agents too. However, we do not have the experience to build a cottage by ourselves.

Check out Dignam Corporation out of Canada.  They sell lots of land in Ontario.
