Title: How Small Is Too Small?
Post by: flyingvan on January 03, 2015, 12:37:15 PM
If your house can be out and out stolen, it's probably too small.  Even with a tiny house this won't happen with a decent foundation.

Someone stole one from North Powder, Oregon and headed toward Idaho.  It was found in the parking lot of a small truck stop off I-84 at Durkee, Oregon.  The person that owns the plant at North Powder said most of his will not tow decent over 50 MPH.  They will try their best to put you in the ditch.  Evidently the thieves could not handle the ill handling house and parked it.......    Something I never seen discussed is towability on these small houses.
