We are planning to build the 1.5 story b/c we like the first floor of the plan. However, I want to make the upstairs a complete second story without the loft area and put a shed dormer across the back for more head room. Would love to see anyone's upstairs floor plan. Love Dave and Kim's. We will be extending to the 40 feet also.
