16x32 in Missouri Ozarks

The roof is finally on minus the gable trim.  Overall it was much tougher than I thought it would be, plus the heat on the tar paper and metal roof was terrible.  Today the sun was out and my feet felt like they were in an oven.

I'm hoping to buy me a little place in the ozarks early next year - I'm hoping I have half the view you have there!  Thanks for sharing the pictures of your build; it helps to keep me motivated with my saving plan.

Congrats!!!!  Whew 12 on 12 roofs scare me...way to steep... and on your place a good bit of drop to the ground.  good job it looks good!

It has been slow going trying to find building time.  I originally was only going to have a back deck, but decided to add side decks to make putting on the siding easier.  I can't decide if I should make the back deck a screened-in porch.  Perhaps I'll put on the top ledger board and save that project for down the road  ???.
