This Christmas I don't want too much, I've pretty much got what I need but here's my list.
Nails that drive in straight without bending.
Screws that go in-all the way-without stripping.
Level ground beneath my ladder.
Just another hour of daylight.
About 10 degrees higher temperature.
Two more feet on that electrical cord.
A few less ounces on my hammer-but keep the same driving force.
A pound or two less in my toolbelt.
A way to eat lunch without losing time.
An inch or two extra length to my arms.
An extra can of energy and patience---to use after the work day is done.
Fun and enjoyment for our kids as we toil away.
Neutral boards-no more smilies, frowns, or esses.
Great ideas for Christmas presents for my wife and kids, they deserve it with all the hard work we've done this year.
And if I could wish for others I would wish for my fellow builders: May the board fit perfect...the first time you cut it.

You need some rest, Daddymem. Sounds like you've been working on your house too much. :)
