I have just posted a model in 3D Home Architect 3 format of the 1-1/2 story cottage. This is at the PlanHelp membership site ($29 for 3 months - all the downloads you can eat).

You can use this plan to make floorplan layout changes, redo the electrical system, print out a materials list and other things. When you have it the way you want, print the floorplans and elevations to 1/4" scale and paste them into your paper plans for the builder or inspector. Easy to do stock plan customization. PS - Here's an idea! Get the program for $10, spend $29 more on a PlanHelp sub and then play around with any or all of the plan models. See which one works best for your site BEFORE you buy the plans. ;)
