What is the meaning of the asterisk "*" in the second column of a few items on the 20x30 1 story material list (lines 15,29,30)? Also, line 10 of the materials list states "Lumber Crawlspace Found" however there is no obvious termination of where the crawl space foundation ends and the rest of the buildings materials are listed (for example line 16 t&g subfloor would apply to both the pier and crawl space). At what lines does the crawl end?

Yes, I looked into this and made a few edits to the ML - I will be sending you updated files via email.
The wall and Roof labels that made the break between materials were missing. The * = Optional materials – ie: wood joists (15) vs I-joists (13 & 14), or optional post (29 & 30) in Open Beam Ceiling (sht. 5) The row numbers will be different in the new copy.
