Y'all's Floor Treatment Costs?

Okay, okay... I'm trying to justify the higher cost of a slab. DIY acid stain is chump change.

Haven't priced out the raised slab that ScottA mentioned I'd need in another thread yet. That may just put the issue to bed for good. Dunno.

My floor coverings are going to run about $4 a foot for wood and tile floors.

   We went with Pergo laminated Golden Oak flooring . . . With pad and vapor barrier it cost about $2.50 a sq. ft. ( We did the installation ourselves)
