If you have a laptop and a desktop computer you know the problem of keeping the files updated between the two machines. It has been a constant hassle for me and most of the utilities I've tried are clumsy or under powered and take too much tweaking.
Here's one that works... And the price is right (free!)

All you do is setup the matching folders and any change to a file in that folder is updated on the other machine in the background over the Internet. Very slick and reliable. You can even bounce back and forth working on two machines on the same file and FolderShare will keep them synced as long as both machines have an Internet connection open.
