Colorado land/sell/trade

I have just over an acre in southern Colorado that has great lake and mountian range views that I just don't have time to work on. Would like to trade for land around northwest Arkansas/missouri.  Or would sell.  Near the town of San Luis, Colorado, on Wild Horse Mesa.  Power is only a hundred feet or so from land, but most people do the off grid solar thing.  My email is nascarsix66@yahoo.com
