I'm planning on building a 3 roomed family house with the master bedroom upstairs and the rest down with a study room. Need designs or house plans.

If you are planning to build a house with three-bedroom, it's better to buy pre-built condos that provide a three-bedroom with a courtyard and study rooms etc. I have recently bought one of them from this company. It is very cost-effective and less expensive than building a new home. In my suggestion buying a condo is more convenient than building a new house.
