20X30 WB

I am looking for this floor plan but with a stick framed bottom level versus the block I am in alaska and would like to build this cabin next year. does this plan exist or do I need to purchase then mod the plans?

Not sure what the WB stands for but here is the link to the stock plan for the 20x30 1-1/2 story cabin. This plan that has links to customized versions of this house. It has a stick framed main floor with different joist options. It has three foundation options.
