We are looking for acreage in Tennessee to build a home or two on property. Location should be between Nashville and Knoxville within 30 minutes of amenities. Wooded and somewhat secluded. Easy Access...gravel or dirt roads ok. Prefer owner financing. Would like 5+ acres. Thanks
