Someone asked me, in another topic, what land was going for in NM. I just ran across some typical NM ranch land available for $460 an acre. :o http://www.orviscw.com/listings/details.jsp?reqID=105586 Only one catch; :'( you have to buy the whole ranch, which at 250,000 acres comes to a little more than what I can afford.
Don that is some piece of land.... Hard to find lake front property with a large river flowing through it in New Mexico...
