Title: Anyone living in: Colville, Addy, Chewelah, Kettle Falls, or surrounding WA?

Looking at a move to Spokane and beyond.  Stephens County.  Any tips about owner building would be welcomed

Last time I was there it was so cold the brass monkeys were staying in California.

I hear that.

I read Mark's (Willy) posts about his cabin, and cold seems to be the common thread.  His thread is one of the inspirations.  Like MountainDon.

BUT, I love it cold.... says the dummy living in AZ.
