foundation & build types for small loft bunkie

I'm in Ontario and need help to build a 16 x 24 Bunkie with loft, I have been posting in my area but no one will help with out a LARGE cost, I'm on disability from back surgery and need some real help.
been living in my trailer with no hydro and roof now leaking, lolol so if any one is interested in a summer project with a small fee and free stay while u help me out, please give your ideas and answers
