We have decided to sell out here in Arkansas and move back to Oregon. With the way the government is going, we want to go back to a familiar area and live very cheaply. We hope to trade our Oregon property for a travel trailer and live in that. Put our home and business here up for sale and hope to sell it soon. :)

So where is it, exactly? How much land? Dwellings/buildings? Asking price? Thx.

Which property, Oregon or Arkansas? Look at www.newfoundland-realty.com all my properties are on there. There is Lakefront, business and Oregon land and there are photos.

i never cease to be amazed at how inexpensive land is in the ozarks.  If I only have the ability to move back home!  We lived in Mountain Home a long time ago... back when the ferry crossed the lake.  We used to go to Hardy for weekend trips (Rainbow Lake).  My uncle owned a machine shop near Cherokee Village.

Yes, property is still cheap here. That is what saved this area from the woes that faced people in other areas. Just never got inflated.
