Land by Napa

I know this sound out of this would but dose anyone know of any land on the out side of Napa maybe a unkown
part of wine couty that is by the water.so  I can fish that I can buit a cabin to live full time.
I want to stady in 20 mi of napa.

I am disabled and my life is in Napa and do not want to move.

I am now opening up to any land like a farm in the napa area, also I would take a house alrudy  there and
redo it over time.
