We are looking for 100 +/- acres. Planning for off grid living and few, if any, building requirements by the County. It must be there somewhere :-\. Going to look at a nice sized parcel on Saturday. It has a well and surface water, but the price may be too steep :(. If you knowof something, please contact me.
Papers were signed today for 40 acres, with a well, in the Tonasket area. YAY :). Now to do the driveway, clearing and settling on house plans. This will be a year round dwelling so we gotta do it right. Lots of research ahead d*
Let me be the first to congratulate you. 40 acres should prove to be nice and isolating - just what I would like. :)
Congrats from some of your 'neighbors' -we're a little further out near Frosty Creek. You'll love it as long as it doesn't kick your butt. ;)
