Title: Pay as you go floorplan
Post by: BlueRidge on February 09, 2008, 08:25:17 PM
John

Ages ago you mentioned a floorplan idea that you had to specifically help builders who were building (without loans) as their cash flow would allow.

If my memory is right, you started with an open pole barn type structure with a roof to store materials under, then build a raised floor, build walls, etc...as the builder had cash to complete.

To some degree all of your floorplans can be built this way, but as I recall you had some specific design ideas that would help fast track construction to a dried in state (for storage) with a minimal amount of cost.

Did you ever parse out your ideas on this?

Thanks, John

Is there any followup info on this?

The only thing I can think of for this is the Enchilada Plan Kit.  It is designed so that it has several plans and methods to add on as you go.
