Estimated Time to Build the Builder's Cottage

Does anybody have an idea of how long it would take to build the Builder's Cottage from the Victoria plans?  I understand this can vary significantly but any ballpark estimate would be great.  Just trying to figure out how much time I need to plan to not be working once we relocate and how long to find temporary living...
